4.2 Number Availability: Phone numbers are subject to availability. A number displayed on our website may become unavailable between the time you view it and complete your purchase. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
4.3 Number Ownership: Purchasing a phone number grants you the right to use that number subject to these Terms and applicable regulations. You do not own the number itself; phone numbers remain subject to telecommunications regulations and carrier policies.
4.4 Activation: Most numbers are activated within 24-48 hours of purchase. Some numbers may require additional verification or processing time. We will notify you of any delays.

7.2 Porting Out: You may port numbers away from our service to another provider. We will provide necessary authorization information upon request. Porting out does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
7.3 Porting Fees: Porting services may incur additional fees as disclosed at the time of request.
8.1 Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
8.2 Account Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Services. Phone number availability and features may vary based on carrier and regulatory requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RARE NUMBERS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rare Numbers and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
13.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.
13.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Our Services are subject to telecommunications regulations enforced by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and other regulatory bodies. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Communications Act, and FCC rules regarding the use of telephone numbers.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
